Located in the Heritage Train Station in Carleton Place, the Yoga Station is the premier Yoga Alliance recognized school in the Ottawa Valley. The Yoga Station offers a large selection of classes and internationally recognized teacher training programs in Hatha Yoga.
Tamara and Tomasz (E-RYT 500) established the Yoga Station in July 2009 when they returned from a five year journey of teaching and studying Yoga in Japan, Taiwan and India.
In order to ensure the highest quality and authenticity in teaching, all Yoga Station teachers are Yoga Alliance accredited and committed to furthering their Yoga Studies.
