Easy Yoga: New to Yoga? Want to brush up on the basics? Learn basic Yoga postures and breathing. Easy to follow.
Gentle Yoga: Learn easy dynamic movements and stretches to prevent and relieve aches and pains!
Hatha Yoga: Practice traditional Yoga postures designed to increase flexibility and strength. Over all body conditioning.
Power Yoga: Dynamic sequences of core strengthening postures to powerfully alter ones body, mind and spirit.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: The primary series as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore. A challenging and strengthening fixed order sequence. Marrying posture, breath, movements and energetics.
Flow: Dynamic sequences keep you flowing with the breath, challanging, rewarding and fun!.
YIN Yoga: Passive postures held for 2-5 minutes. Experience the gradual lengthening of connective tissues to increase your flexibility.
Restorative Yoga: Use props to safely & comfortably align the skeletal system. Hold postures for 3-5 minutes. Reduce stress, recover from injuries, correct your posture, relax and sleep well!
Kids Yoga: For Kids 5-10 years old. Practice Yoga poses and have fun developing better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination. This class includes partner poses and games to develop trust and team skills.
Prenatal Yoga: Yoga is a gentle way to keep active and ensure a smooth pregnancy and natural childbirth. YIN, restorative and
